Electronic print takes a variety formats from a single file to a complete project that might take months to accomplish and several people on the task. Each job is quoted either hourly or on a set flat fee. These fees are estimated after years of experience of doing the same of similiar jobs. A work sheet is available to assist you if you have a large project in budgeting and esitmating time and man hours.

If you need the design done in a specific applications like: Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Indesign, Flash, etc. please indicate on order form specific final file format. Otherwise all web graphic design is posted to your client folder as JPG or GIF and PDF. *Note since you are order web graphic design the file will be in 72 dpi - even in these above mentioned applications.

all artwork requires 50% deposit down. final payment is due before all artwork is released to client. no refunds on artwork or electronic files. electronic files are give in file format 72 dpi for RGB web purposes and in JPG or GIF and PDF format. These files are stored on the ZakEm client file folder archive for easy retrieval for your web developer. File CD is optional for $25.00 processing, back-up and shipping fee.

Upon final payment and final approval of graphic - logo will be posted in ri-res CMYK in JPG, EPS and PDF format for 90 days. For your download and storage.
